On our stay, we thought reception staff were very helpful with main attractions and bookings, short to surfers and beach, up from chevrons main, room where a good size and very tidy, thanks guys for a pleasent stay and would highly reccomend it for a great stay... Thanks rach and scotty. More

i would recommend pay the extra dollar and find a better place. Service at reception is horrific.There are enough comments about that. This is the first apartment in Gold coast or probably Australia that charges extra for an AC room.Note: they do mention it in the fine print but never when you make the booking. I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the Chevron Palms Apts, Karen & Peter made the stay so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they helped us with bookings of tours ect.
