Shared a 3 bedroom apartment with two other couples for 3 nights. The apartments were budget but clean and had everything we needed. Loved the view of Surfer's Paradise beach. Lovely place to stay, I have stayed at focus about 6 or 7 times as have my parents, I can't really fault the place. Currently looking at booking our next stay here as we had to depart early due to a death in the family. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay

We purchased Travelfactory's deal early last year (2012) - 5 Night Family Holiday Only $499 for a 2 Bedroom ,2 Bathroom Fully Self Contained Apartment (Focus Apartment). The apartment is huge, it's like a home away from home. The place is near shopping centres, restaurants and it's so close to the beach.

Great location - restaurant, shopping, night clubs, beaches & theme parks. Leah - The receptionist was very friendly, accommodating and was very helpful especially during the extreme weather conditions and was quick to organise another night's accommodation for our group of 7 people. We would definitely go back!!!

Website is very misleading. Apartment was suppose to have a hairdryer - it did not... No locks on bathroom door, lucky there was a large gap under the door so you knew if someone wS in there with the light on. This is by far the WORST place I've ever stayed at away from home. We hired out 3 apartments and all were absolutely filthy! We killed 15 large cockroaches in just one apartment in 5 days! Spent time there over the peak season. Management was really helpful as were the staff. Our stay was fantastic with great views and a really great apartment for our family. Highly recommend it. Location right on the beach was excellent and it was an easy walk into the centre of Surfers. Perfect location for teenage children.
