After reading the other reviews I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised to be directed to a 4 bed room. Another 4 bed room, in small apartment. Shared kitchen/living and bathroom. Activities on nightly, from pizza night / bbq / movies projected on a big screen by the pool. Clean and good staff. More

Hi Emily, Thank you for your review firstly I would like to apologize that you were not happy with the room. Upon check in it was very late and our rooms are thoroughly cleaned every morning. By this time of the evening rooms, especially the female dorm you were in can get a little messy due to everyone’s own possessions.... More

Double bookings seem to be common place at the sleeping inn, it would seem that any sense of order would seem like chaos to the totally dysfunctional staff at this strangely bemusing place. the look on the face of the management every time a reasonable request was made was nothing short of shocked and stunned. if not for the younger... Hi, Well what a review. It would be great to know your name as I could check our booking chart. You have explained the noise from our TV room was disturbing however room 7 which you imply you stayed in is not near our TV room so this is slightly confusing? Also my management team are more than capable to... More

Picked up from the bus station which was a nice touch and seemed ok when we got there. Apartment style rooms with own kitchen and bathroom. Although the rooms are in need of a makeover, the mattresses smelt of sweat and the rooms were so dirty. I saw the mop the staff was cleaning our bathroom with which was a... More

We stayed here for a week and they had good deals on the accommodation rates. Stayed in a 4bed dorm and it was very cramped but had door that opened up to outside which was good to air the room. The beds were very creaky and had no ladders to climb up. Shower had no pressure and the door didnt... More

Picked up from station in a limo. Really nice hostel. There are loads of little apartments, each with 3 bedrooms. They all have their own common area and kitchen so loads of space. Downstairs there is a huge tv room with couches. The hostel organises something for the people staying there everynight. Great fun and social place to stay. Most... More

This hostel is ok. It all seemed pretty positive when we arrived - we were taken to a nice appartment style private room. There was three rooms off of a kitchette and living room. With a bathroom to share. There was also something like $5 all you can eat dominos for dinner too which was great. The problem was when... More

Myself and a friend stayed here a couple of weeks a go. We were on a round the world trip and had stayed in a lot of other hostels. We had previously been in Byron and Brisbane where the hostels were very anti social and regimented. This hostel however was very relaxed and even let you drink your own alcohol... More
