We stayed here for 4 nights during October for my partners' business conference. I was there purely for leisure. We found the staff at reception quite helpful upon checking in - this was the last time they were helpful. When it was built in 1981, this place was probably creme de la creme. Now it's an 80's eyesore. Foolishly we booked this hotel based on the Sheraton name - this is NOT a Sheraton standard hotel.
