“The Backpacker whisperers”

Perfect stay in a wonderfull hostel. EVERYTHING you wish for as a backpacker is provided here. The lovely owners thouhgt of everything you can imagine. Tours, kitchen, cheap food, movies, great washing facilities. Rooms are nice, clean and have a luxurious duvet. Lovely place to stay, we highly reccomend.

We stayed at Dreamtime on a bit of a low point in our travels (our van had just died) instead of cancelling everything we decided to go to Cairns anyway and do the tours and stay in the places we had already booked then to go back to try and sort the van out. We booked this hostel as it had a good rating but we weren't impressed at all. Our double room was clean enough however had cockroaches and flies due to there being no fly nets on the windows and the windows didn't close fully. There weren't any hooks to hang anything so when our towel was wet after a shower there... More

The Dreamtime traveller rest is an awesome backpack!!. Staff (Chris, Katia and Erin) they are very helpful and friendly and the will make from your stay an amazing experience. Very clean and well located. I strongly recommend this place to stay!
