Oaks on Charlotte is in one of the best locations, just around the corner from all the restaurants, bars and shops(Queen St Mall). We have been delighted with our apartment, having been based at Charlotte Towers for almost a month. The cleaning was high-standard, and the front-desk staff are friendly. The apartments are quiet nice, unfortunately the service isn't very good and the cleaning each day lacks in a lot of ways. Wouldn't recommend the hotel if these two things are important to you! More

I couldn't get into my usual Brisbane accomodation (Oaks Felix), so I opted for one of their sister properties. It had been about 3 years since I stayed here last.
