Well located apartments, quiet, adequate but needs a bit of TLC. Everything worked, rooms good size, balcony, city views, by cbd shopping, walking distance to Eagle St entertainment district. Basic furnishings, but functional. Very similar to Oaks Festival, which is better located. $25 per nite for parking. Internet expensive - why do they do that?
