This definitely didn't feel like a 4.5 star hotel. Let's start small: the entrance, on the Queen street mall is a bit hard to find, and the lobby could definitely use an update. This ain't no Hilton but I guess you are not paying for one either. The hotel really needs a renovation and definitely need the lift upgrades to be completed ASAP. I have stayed here around 12 times in the past two years and while it is right in Queens St mall, the parking is very hard to find the first time, you can get delayed leaving as trucks stop in the lane to deliver, most times only a few minutes, but once it was 20mins until the parking cops came... Our GPS unit didn't like trying to find this place which wasn't a good start and we had to phone and get direction to the parking area. This is probably the worst Hotel I have stayed in and I am very well travelled. It is tired and very poorly run. The in-room services are shockinbg and very minimal.
