Fantastic view! Overall apartment pretty good. Bit tired, Little dissappointed with the cleanliness for what I paid Kitchen cupboards grime - grease above the stovetop. And the lounge I really felt that I should clean it before I sit down, however had nothing to clean it with. Good location. Noisy too but this is due to the location being Brisbane... More

Sayed here for 3 days and had a fully serviced apartment for 3 nights. Location is great and only a short walk to the CBD, rooms are very nice, well appointed and well maintained. Reception staff are outstanding, some of the best I have experienced in quite a while More

This is the first time we stayed at this apartment. We have rented a 3 beds 2 bath unit and surprisingly we have given the unit facing the city and Brisbane river. This apartment is just by the river and a few minutes walk to the CBD and famous Queen street. The unit itself is very comfortable with all the... More

I stayed here with a couple of friends. The apartments are modern, very nicely furnished and have great views along the Brisbane river. Secure carparking for 25$ a night. We had a 2bd, 2 bathroom apartment. The manager/concierge Ryan was so helpful, showed us how to use the oven, little bits and pieces...Nothing was too hard. Easy to walk into... More

My family and I have stayed here several times. This time we booked two, two bedrooms over Easter. We asked for apartments as close as possible as we were a family, parents, children, grandchildren. We had two apartment on the 20 floor side by side......so lucky. Both apartments were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful... More

We arrived a little early for check-in after a looong 5 hour drive with kids, but checking in early was no problem. We had booked & paid for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment overlooking the gardens but were very pleasantly surprised to be given a 2 bed 2 bath apartment overlooking the story bridge on level 20. Reception staff... More

Will be staying here again! After a long flight, this place was exactly what I needed. It was quiet and I slept sooooo long. The reception girls were so helpful...... even delivered a phone charger to my room after hours. Big thumbs up for that. Apparently the office must close 6pm (as per complaint below), but they still answer in-house... More

Hotel reception closed from 6pm. No towels in room - no ability to get them once reception closed. Blinds don't close properly in the bedroom - have a great view directly into the well lit neighbouring buildings stairwell all night direct from the bed. Also the single most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. More

We stayed four nights in a two bedroom apartment on the 20th floor. The apartment had two bedrooms - each with a bathroom, lounge and kitchen area. A full wall of windows in the main bedroom and the lounge room 2/3rds of each opened for fresh air. They opened onto the balcony which was spacious and overlooked the river towards... More

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on 41st floor with 2 adults and 4 children. It was magnificent, extremely clean and modern and a large balcony with views along the river. Would definitely stay again as excellent value for money. It would be great if the spa was heated and not cold though. Had no problems with noise at all,... More
