I spent at least 20 minutes waiting outside because I arrived after hours and the intercom to ring the reception was not working. To make matters worse none of the other two alternative phone numbers provided worked either. I got through once and gave my name and was then cut off by the intercom. The staff at the place didn't... More

We called from the airport to advise we had arrived early before the actual check-in time of 2pm, the girl on the phone tells us "too bad, we have to wait". ??? When we did get to the hotel at check-in time our room was not even ready. No attempt from young girl on Reception to solve any problems, so... More

Helpful staff, restaurant or room service, clean rooms but very very small. The bathroom did not have any holders in the shower recess for soap or shampoo etc. Free parking too. Located opposite PAH and near shops. Not particularly easy to get to with the changes in roads etc but staff will help if you ask before you go. More

I stayed at this hotel in December 2011. We did not get off to a good start. I phoned them from Brisbane airport to tell them my flight had been delayed and I would be late checking in. I was shocked to be told that they did not have a booking for me, even though I had a confirmed booking... More

WE stayed here for two nights after a long intercontinental flight. We had booked into a standard Double and were shown into room 2 - clean but very tiny for a double with very basic facilities and cheap fittings. Laid down to try to catch up on sleep after the flight - it was 2 in the afternoon and hotel... More

We stayed here for the cricket in November 2010. The hotel was clean and tidy and ideally located for walking to the GABBA, was a bus ride or taxi to the city centre though (not a problem as we knew this before booking) The only problem with the place was the sheets, towels etc only got cleaned after 4 or... Stayed here in a deluxe motel room for five nights last week. Chosen by employer due to being walking distance (10mins) from my employer's headoffice in Woolloongabba. The hotel is pretty 'laid back' in terms of services, but the staff were very accommodating when I asked to be shifted to a quieter room at the rear of the hotel due... More

Good honest accomodation with car parking and easy access from Ipswhich rd. 15 minute walk to the Gabba. Room only serviced every 4 days...Not good enough for a business traveller I feel. Good comfortable beds but would think it would be noisy on the rooms facing the train / road side. Restaurant serves the basics and a good value breakfast.... More

Just on the outskirts of the CBD is this wonderful cheerful, clean and quiet hotel. This is a good, clean, modern, well equiped, apartment hotel. You know the type - 3 to 5 year old building, 4-6 stories, cement construction, titled floors, functional furniture... the benefits - very close to the CBD without having to pay $30 to park for...
