I was fortunate enough to spend some time in October and November in Willahra Tower.The service was second to none.Under the New Management and New Staff they are only too willing to make ones stay comfortable.Prices are very good, as it is situated so close to Queen Street.My rooms were great,clean and comfortable with great views.There are some students staying... wish we had seen this review before travelling and booking through wotif, advise others to look elsewhere as it seems not only is this place dirty but wotif have klet the public down it should not be listed as 4 star it is well below 1 star don,t get caught as it is very distressing to find your holidays ruined More

wow what can I say, horrible from the word go. Agree completely with previous reviewer, the place seems to be populated by young students (and many of them).
