I have been disapointed by 2 points: the room was quite large BUT had neither a chair nor a table ! For the price they charge, it is totally insufficient. The second point is that reception working hours is very limited. as "late arrival" (8:30 PM) I have spent more than 1/2 hour to reach my room: call several times... More

As most other reviews i agree the place was filthy was most probably a brothel before. Then the staff were rude and not the least bit helpfull. Finding the place was easy finding your room on the other hand was not and there was no instruction what lift to take cause there are 7. Then to top off the stay... More

I booked a two bed apartment here in early November for a 9 night stay (late Nov) and received a booking confirmation (and had the 50% booking fee charged to my credit card). One week out I received a phone call to say that they did not have any apartments available !! Needless to say as the booking was required... More

The rooms are privately owned therefore they are all different. I had 1 glass and 4 of most other kitchen things. The aircon is noisy and the cleaning is not up to scratch by far! My one bedroom had an empty room in it. Terrible shower head. There is good free carparking. I wouldn't stay here again. More

Our booking was for 4D/3N including Christmas Day & Boxing Day, for five adults in 2 one bedroom units and 1 hotel room. Our first time away from home for Christmas and were were very pleasantly surprised. The 1 bedroom units were pleasantly comfortable including a bedroom lounge/dinning ( 3 seater lounge and table to seat six), balcony with table... More

Quick review Pros: - Rooms are OK but small - Average walk from city (approx 20 mins) - Best milkshakes in the burger bar below the apartments (purple gorilla). Very good food too and lovely, friendly staff - supermarket very close Cons: - Very little in way of welcome pack, only a MASSIVE list of do's ad dont's, which feels... More

Arrived at 2am but there was an intercom with a lovely person to give us instructions on opening the safe so it was very easy and hassle free to get into our unit. We stayed in a one bedroom unit but really the room was tiny if you had the sliding doors shut so we just kept them open, it... More

My brother booked this hotel for 4D3N. I love the location s it is very near to shops like Coles and Gloria Jeans. There is a bus terminal nearby too. We walked around the area and were able to view the Brisbane River with all the ferries passing by. I would say the location is very convenient. However, when we... More

Myself and wife moved into these apartments for a stay of 5 weeks as she was receiving daily doses of Radiotherapy at the Mater Hospital which location wise it was convenient. Access to the shopping centre is excellent so we rented a fully self contained unit as we wished to prepare our own meals. Our first night in this unit... More
