The rooms are quite clean, bathrooms as well. The pool is nice, the kitchen is a bit dirty but not so horrible. If you are in Darwin it's a good solution, maybe a bit expensive. The staff is polite but not really friendly.

Great location. Nice kitchen area. Lockers. Dirty rooms, really dusty, dirty bathroom, pool far too salty and gets shade a lot, rude staff, not very knowledgeable. I stayed at a few different ones in Darwin and this one definitely doesnt live up to price.

stayed here for a month. 4 bed dorms tiny! no room to swing a cat. but staff friendly. one down side is that you have to collect pots and pans from reception and leave your room key there while using the pots! nice pool area excellent location. wouldn't recommend to stay here long term.

I found the youth shack the best place to stay in darwin. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing no matter what problems we had.
