Longitude 131 certainly gets 5 out of 5 for location and uninterrupted views (but make sure you request rooms 12 - 15 for those), however staff service is shoddy, and a change of management teams would definitely benefit the hotel. We arrived for a three night stay at Longitude 131 in July of 2008. We flew from Sydney which was about a three hour direct flight on Qantas.
