We arrived after being totally disgusted with the Voyages sister resort at Kings Canyon. To say we were surprised is an understatement. First off , there are no elevators in the hotel just a luggage lift so if you have a disability make sure you are on the ground floor. The rooms are quite dated, small and the setup is... more

What can you say about Ayers Rock, all the hotels there (at Ayers Rock Resort) are owed by the same company, therefore prices are very high. Our room was clean and very different layout to any other room we have stayed in. As you enter the room the Queen bed is right in front of you. Directly behind the bed... more

We had reserved a campground cabin for our mid-September stay of 3 nights for $150/night., as all the other hotel room rates were at least twice that amount. After checking in, we drove to the Olgas for sunset pictures, and met another traveler who told us he had gotten a "walk-in" rate at the Lost Camel for $168/night (not per... more

My parner & i stayed here in early September. The rooms were modern with a funky layout. Well equipted and comfy but decor in need of refreshing! Complex was good, lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Ideal stay for couple of days but not enough to do for a longer stay. Our hotel was close to the main restaurant... more

Very odd tiny room with the bed in the middle, TV on one wall with chairs underneath it, and the only windows are large ones in the bathroom which looked directly out upon the swimming pool patio. The grey plastic shower curtain window curtains had to be closed the entire 3 day visit. There is a small refrigerator and electric... more

It served our basic needs of a clean room and clean working bathroom. It's not a high-end hotel and if yourexpectations are skewed that way, this is not the hotel for you. A few couples we spoke with who were staying at 'The Sails' felt that they would've been better off at 'The Lost Camel'. Yes, it's not that *cheap*... more

The Yulara Ayers Rock Resort offers the 'choice' of several hotels which range from expensive to overpriced. Residents in any of the hotels can use the facilities in any of them so there really seems to be little point in spending a lot of money on a hotel room when most of the time will be taken up at Uluṟu... more

Quite OK, considering the monopoly accommodation situation at Yurala. Room fairly small but well appointed with a safe, fridge, TV, radio/CD. The only negative was natural light access only available through toilet or shower. One needed to remember to draw the curtains for privacy since the pool’s footpath was just outside. Also the noise of cascading water into the pool... more

The hotel looks very small from the outside. Sueprisingly the rooms are well designed and the shower room is rather spaciuos (behind the bed rest). Very modern and contemporary more

Stayed at the Lost Camel for two nights Aug 19-Aug 21st and was very impressed, was a little concerned after reading negative reviews but our room was perfect! Very clean, compact and modern..after a long day site seeing it was nice to jump into the very comfortable bed and watch TV on the flat screen. We were lucky enough to... more
