On a good day, this is certainly one of the better hotels in Alice Springs and not necessarily expensive if you book a long way in advance. Parking was easy (even when there was a function at the hotel) and check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the Ranges as promised.... more

Rooms are very average... seems that some have been remodeled whilst others were awaiting when we stayed. So we felt a little ripped off paying a fair amount for a room of this standard. That said, the place has a great outside area with pool... although when we were there so was most of the families from the local area... more

The hall was impressive and elegant, the staff friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the swimming pool nice. A bit far from the city centre, but you can easily get there by taxi 10 AUD or renting a good quality bike at the reception for 15 AUD for half day (kids under 10 free). more

I was travellign to Alice Springs to visit a cousin. We were upgraded into a suite which was really big and really comfortable. The service wasn't outstanding and neither was the food but it was of a reasonably good standard. The pool area and fitness area are both good more
