We stayed here on our way through from Melbourne to the Blue Mountains. A very clean & comfy stay & dinner at night in restaurant was very good . Breakfast was something to die for !! Friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. Just 1 street over from the main shopping centre. Would stay here again. More

Such a lovely venue, well positioned close to cafes and restaurants. Pity the staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful . The beds were uncomfortable and the noise from the atrium echoed into my room terribly. There was also an incident in the carpark involving shouting and death threats at 4.30am. Not a pleasant stay. I'll be looking for somewhere else... More

Dear Paula D, Thank you for rating our cleanliness and location highly, and I appreciate your feedback on areas of improvement. Our comfortable bedding if often praised by reviewers, though I regret you did not experience this. The Atrium is closed after dinner service and is not accessible to patrons after this time. I am therefore unsure where the noise... More

I appreciate staying at properties which offer something a little different. In this case the hotel lobby and restaurant are entirely under the dome of an expansive white pavillion, complete with indoor trees. We stayed in a family apartment sleeping 5, which I would recommend as convenient and economical for families. The apartment had two bedrooms, a modest lounge/dining space,... More

The Pavilion Hotel really stands out in Wagga with its exceptionally large domed roof. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The room we had was on the first floor and was very large with a good sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there were a range of pillows in the room. The TV channels were mainly freeview with... More

Friendly staff but the hotel really needs an upgrade. While the bed was comfortable the rooms look a little tired. For the price I would expect a bit more. I went to pay on Amex and I was charged a sure charge. More

Dear Tony L, Thank you for your generally positive ratings, but also for highlighting some areas where the hotel can be improved. I am pleased to advise that we are in the process of upgrading our accommodation, with large flat screen LCD televisions now installed in all rooms. Additional upgrades will continue to be rolled out in the coming months.... More

The location and facilities at All Seasons Wagga Wagga were perfect. As part of a large group, the convenience of the restaurant, central city location and parking were perfect but sadly the front desk and restaurant staff were absolutely appalling. I very rarely write reviews (depspite travelling frequently) as standards will always vary and customers certainly have different levels of... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your 4 and 5 Star ratings of value, location, service and cleanliness. Only a small number of Suites share each balcony and therefore security is much higher than most houses and country hotels where any member of the public call walk up to a door / window. However, in response to your review we will... More
