After a long road trip visiting kids at University it was great to stop at the B&B rather than a Hotel or Motel. The beds were so comfy, the rooms were large and airy and the ensuite was great with a 'real' shower and lots of hot water. Very well done we will be back - thanks Les and Kate. More

Great friendly atmosphere, food and comfy beds to boot, better than a hotel! More

Dunn's B&B has a very welcoming and informal atmosphere. Upon arrival we were offered coffee and cake and sat in the lounge chatting with Kate, Les and one of their friends as though we'd known them for years. Les then took us on a tour of Wagga Wagga in his 1929 Buick, during which he pointed out shops, restaurants and... More

Arriving at Dunn's B&B after a 5 hr drive from Sydney and 4 hours of site inspections at Kapooka Army Base we were welcomed by Kate and Les as family. We had a wonderful afternoon tea and Les took us for a drive through Wagga in the 1929 Buick. You don't get a better introduction to the town. We got... More

Les and Kate have established an extremely welcoming atmosphere in a house that reflects their passion for life. We were made to feel like family as we walked in on a group of their friends celebrating the Royal Wedding. We were instantly asked to join them for dinner. Les drove us around Wagga to the bottle shop to buy some... More

If you would like to add a special touch to your trip to Wagga, I would recommend you consider Dunn's B&B. Les & Kate are very warm hosts who know how to provide the mix of a homely atmosphere along with giving their guests privacy. The federation home and cottage gardens provide a lovely setting, and my room was beautifully... More

A warm welcome with afternoon tea, followed by a guided tour in a 1929 Buick set the scene for a great couple of days. Les and Kate are just the perfect hosts and treat you more like friends than paying guests. The eggs at breakfast are a feast on their own and the quiet rooms with comfortable beds and roomy... More

Les and Kate (and King) make this place a top Bed & Breakfast. Friendly, obliging, interesting and so very different from the usual run-of-the-mill B&B owners that we meet. We were transformed from guests into extended family from the moment we arrived, and had a short but unforgettable stay for only one night. The incomparable ride around Wagga Wagga in... More

We were extremely pleased that we had chosen to stop with this lovely couple, who made us very welcome indeed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Les couldn't have been a better host. We were taken for a ride around the town by Les in his beloved Buick - we felt like Royalty. The breakfasts were extremely good... More

The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. We had a huge shower with plenty of hot water. The tour around Wagga Wagga in the 1929 Buick was wonderful. We felt like visiting royalty! The next morning we topped everything off with a wonderful breakfast cooked by Les. We were sorry to only be spending one night. More
