Clean, renovated, basic rooms. Internet charges are excessive - $12 per hour, or $20 for 24 hours !! Cheap deal via "secret" hotel booking site. Location is just off the Central train station. It's a little quiet at night as it's the only business open on this short street so it might frighten single travellers although your feeling of safety may be more based on perception than reality as Sydney is quiet safe.
