hi i stayed at challis lodge for 3 nights in december 2012, apart from being local to harbour and opera house, place was disgusting carpets thread bare, smelt realy muskey and damp, room crap toilets and shower had to walk down steps and along landing toilet just big enough to get in and close the door, and floor soaking wet...
