Major service hiccups plagued our stay. It seems nobody in this hotel communicates with each other. Location was good, rooms need redecorating though And are quite small. Business class lounge was a nice perk though. More

We would definitely stay there again. The spacious room had two queen-sized beds, and as would be expected of a five-star hotel, all amenities were top-notch. This is a smallish 5 star hotel, intimate feeling, really well located in the heart of the CBD. Rooms are a good size, really well appointed. Ticks all the boxes in terms of amenities and services. Within 5 minute walk to Circular Quay, 15 mins to the Opera House. Highly recommended. More

Nice, clean room with wonderful bathroom. Small but adequate gym with lap pool. Helpful front desk and concierge. Lack of in-room coffee maker was a negative. Within a short walk of The Rocks and Sydney Opera House. Not over-priced. More

This is a well run operation. Everything works smoothly, and the staff are excellent. The rooms are always in good shape, and everything gets done as it should. My only minor complaint is that the bathrobes are dreadful ...thin and small. That apart this is a terrific hotel More

Great location, nice hotel, good value. Only let down was the room service and the reception staff when we complained about the room service. Would go back as nothing wrong with hotel but would not use room service again. Free wifi is a bonus. More
