Wonderful location, great for getting around. We had a twin room on the 6th floor facing south which was very quiet, great for sleeping. Just a few minutes from Central Train Station made getting around Sydney easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pool and Gym area clean, just long enough to do a few "laps" No complaints!!!

Very good value for money especially given the location of this hotel. Size of room was good. The only issue was the room was quite dusty, and the walls were stained with black marks. I wonder if it was cleaned/checked before our stay!

Mercure-great location-great price-the positives. The negatives-toilet dirty when we went to our room-not cleaned properly.The bathroom tapped leaked constantly. Mercure isbeing totally refurbished-as it is truly tired. All that said value for money-yes

I stayed in a queen privilege room on the 13th floor. No street noise which was fantastic. Second time we've stayed here and the lovely concierge even remembered us. Upgraded to a lovely king room. Best sleep I've had since I've veen in australia this trip. Right next door to central station and a walk to monorail. Everything so close. Def recommend. Most rooms in sydney hotels are so small. These rooms are a great size.
