We were on 8th floor " with harbour view" and expected a glimpse of the harbour but got wonderful views including the opera house. We walked through the botanic gardens to get to the opera house. Very good value is a day travel ticket which covers unlimited train, bus, ferries. The ferries round the harbour are as good as tours. more
