Stayed in a Cityside room. Had two rooms, one was smaller than the other. There is an option of selecting connected rooms with a door in the middle of two cityside rooms. This hotel is in a great location for travelers who like to be able to walk to a variety of activities, restaurants, and attractions. Sheraton's reputation sure doesnt mean what it used to. This hotel is dated and dingy. We stayed here for 2 nights - the location IS Darling Harbour, but there are at least 20 other hotels to choose from with the same great location. We just wanted a 4 day break in Sydney and my wife liked the look of this hotel as it isn't too tall and guaranteed a harbour view. Not our first time at Darling Harbour so we knew the location well. We arrived well before 3pm check in (11am on a Monday) and the room was ready - a bonus.... more

Found the hotel an easy walk from rail station, very helpful staff, free internet stations, clean and comfortable room - just a regular hotel size. Convenience store open late just opposite entrance. more

The Four Points by Sheraton is a large hotel and seemed to typically take in a lot of tour groups. Expect lines at checkout and checkin.
