Stayed at the Rendezvous as we had an event to go to at the Entertainment Centre. Location was excellent - easy 5 minute walk to the event, Paddy's market and Darling Harbour. Hotel has recently been refurbished and is clean and more upmarket than expected for the price range. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine, it's very affordable, and looks and feels like a good hotel - brilliant location right across from Central station. Had my reservations.............outside looks grotty........near to Central Station but boy was I surprised!!! Absolutely couldn't fault it! Rooms were clean.........Breakfast amazing.......close to Paddys and Darling Harbour! Looks are definitely not what they seem Great price Rooftop pool with an amazing view.........would stay here again.............AND I'm a local!

Stayed here for 1 night for an AFL game. Easy check in. Staff very friendly, helpful. Room clean and beds were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here for in June 2013 for a long weekend and to watch the footy (AFL). After an extremely long day (working, and then catching a red-eye from Perth), we arrived at the hotel at 8:30am. 1 night spent here and that was enough , requested a room away from the main road but the hotel is basically part of the main road, no escaping the noise, good luck trying to sleep, 1st thing I noticed when laying on my 2 single beds pushed together was how the attempted roof repairs where starting to mould up... I booked for 5 nights and i got special save rate which was very price reasonable. The room was spacious for city typical room, located just in a Railway Square bus stop and few steps to Central Station. China town just around the corner.

We stayed here on our last 2 nights in oz. we were pleasantly surprised by the size and style of the room and how comfortable the bed was. Location Very good location opposite Central station on Pitt Street- about 2 minute walk. Takes 20 minutes from the airport using train and costs A$16 each way.
