This hotel is close to public transport, Paddy's Market and China Town. The staff were obliging and friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean and quite large compared to some we have stayed in as we were in a king-sized deluxe room.

One of my best motel stays in a long time. Service was great. Bed was very comfortable. Got a great nights sleep. Menu on room service offered great variety. Check in staff were most polite and helpful.

Situated next to central station and China town this hotel is deceiving from the outside. Rooms are spacious, ours had a balcony next to the pool. Our sons appreciated the queen beds in their shared room. However our king bed was very hard, too hard for a good night's sleep. Excellent service. No noise heard from the street.

Stayed for a night as it was a last minute booking. Friendly reception floor with our late arrival, prompt Service and we were in our room within minutes. Our first time at this (new) Novotel - and it won't be our last...It is a little old and will need a 'facelift' in a year or two, but it is nevertheless very good. The location & the staff brought it up a level - well done all!

Booked for a few nights stay in May and were in the refurbished room. The room decoration and bathroom seem really basic and further refurbishment is still needed. The hotel staff is very friendly and dedicated especially the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff. We were blown away by their exceptional service. They deserve a pay rise.
