We booked this hotel thru agoda, deluxe room 4 nights. We arrived at the hotel morning around 7.30, only 6 minutes check in process we got our room ready, the receptionist was very friendly. I booked an executive room at Citigate Sydney. Booking required a full prepayment which i maid from their website.
