Hotel does not live up the the mercure name. Walking down the corridors is similar to walking down the corridors of a prison or underground car park. Rooms have tiny windows and do not take advantage of the views. Service is hopeless. It took 45 minutes to be checked in. There is no way of ordering breakfast as room service.... More

I was given a warm welcome at the Mercure Potts Point Sydney. My upgraded room was spacious and functional as well as comfortable and clean. The black and white colour scheme was a little harsh however but the view of Sydney and the bridge counteracted this.
