Worst place I've ever stayed? Probably. Rooms: cockroaches everywhere. That wasn't a problem. Tiles missing, toilet brush holder rotted to ground. Toilet seat stained and scratched. We chose to stay at an oaks given that they have a good reputation. However this particular oaks is terribly disappointing... Quite a painful process to park a vehicle, including having to follow two separate maps provided at reception. “FANTASTIC DESK STAFF”

Good hotel, good room, good experience. BUT, the best part was Monica at the front desk. She was extremely helpful. She was excited about having us there, and very interested in helping my wife and I have the best time possibly during our vacation. Our stay in Sydney wouldn't have been nearly as good without her assistance.
