We arrived late after a long and journey and were made very welcome by Steve on arrival. Great place to stay, warm and comfortable rooms accompanied a good breakfast in the morning - set our weekend in the Lakes off to a perfect start. This is a gem of a B&B if you want peace, friendly service and good food. A lovely family friendly B&B - we were made very welcome, just like being at home! Wonderful food, especially the cakes. Good locaiton just of M6 with great playground opposite.

Fantastic family run B+B. Welcoming and clean. Nothing too much trouble. Very friendly owners who will do anything to help and ensure your stay is comfortable. Very accomodating for children including a young baby. Food very good - homecooked. Tea room to be recommended, especially the deserts and cakes.
