The rooms are nicely decorated but our bed squeaked. it was a hot weekend and we had to have the windows open. We found it difficult to sleep with the constant traffic noise. The food and service were very good.

We went on a last minute holiday with the dog. The hotel catered for the dog with an additional charge but were very friendly. They only booked us in for one night instead of two, which did come as a bit if a shock with the overall charge instead of the original one given over the phone. Breakfast was lovely!... More

Table and bar staff very efficient and generally personable. Manageress(?) Helen from Hull seemed a workaholic but the kitchen staff on a go slow. 40 minute wait for breakfast on 4 or 5 couples.
