Superb location with views over the river to CBD, yet only 10 mins drive from downtown Hobart. Efficient service with great breakfasts and fantastic coffee, pleasant room and great gardens. Free wireless. Lots of extra touches to make it special. Can't be beaten! More

Hosts were efficient. Room was large but had no seating. Lovely gardens, good parking. Guest lounge fireplace but no fire - not particularly cold but would have been great for ambience. Cooked breakfast poor and continental breakfast basic. Would try elsewhere next time. More

Excellent B&B. Had a warm welcome with tea and cake. They serve tea and cake every afternoon (about 4pm), something we never experienced elsewhere.
