We wanted a 4 star hotel to avoid trouble, well this hotel did not have hot water to take a shower and amazingly the front desk did not know about it. It took hours before they told us there was nothot water in the hotel. More

We are very bewildered that a large , supposedly upscale hotel for this location, has no staff that speak english. THIS CAUSED LARGE CONFUSION OVER OUR ROOM RESERVATION AND RATE. Nothing but praises for this hotel. Great location, enough parking, good restaurant, breakfast included, inviting pool area, nice and clean rooms, internet, helpful staff. The only thing missing was an elevator, but you can live without it. It offers excellent rates and for what it offers, it's great value. More
