In each case, the rooms were slightly tired looking, but clean, quiet, and acceptably comfortable. Airconditioning functioned acceptably; in room safe was not working in either room. I would never stay there, the place where the hotel is located is in the central part of villahermosa, awful, noisy even though we were in the executive floor? really. The staff didn't know my transactions, they said somebody else knew about vouchers because they were in a diffrent schedule, every day we had to activate the internet. Executive room?... More

Typical dated decor, but a great downtown location & within walking distance of all shopping & many restaurants. Only 3 blocks from the river, which has restaurants & outdoor seating.
