This hotel is set in the grounds of Elveden Estate, near to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket and Centre Parcs and although it is quite near to the busy A11, I didn't notice any road noise. It was a lovely place to stay. Lovely building, nice host, lovely and clean plus very near Center Parcs if your planning to go to the Spa. I have to say it is near the A11 but I was not bothered by noise at all. Lovely breakfast

We stayed in the Canada Room at this B&B after visiting the Center Parcs spa - the house is beautiful, and the host very friendly without being imposing. The room was superb - very immaculate, a massive bathroom, tea and coffee, little chocolates and a fab breakfast (and a very comfy bed!). I would definitely recommend this B&B!

We had an amazing time here, Our room was large and spacious, beautiful large bath room with separate shower and an enormous bath tub! Breakfast was delicious and used locally produced food! 5* all round, would definately go back.
