Good quality Premier inn service, EXCELLENT attention by duty manager and no complaints to make, except would have preferred a wet-room due to my condition. Pillows comfy - more provided at our request.

The hotel is in a really dodgy area, the parking is too small for the size of the hotel, you don't expect the Ritz when on an overnighter at a premiere inn but this is the worst I've stayed in, the rooms are really cold & filthy & the mattress was like concrete. Would not recommend this place

Ok. I may of had a room that was facing the motorway, but its next to the m4 and believe you me the traffic is not much lighter during the night. It's near the slip road so vehicles are revving to get onto the motorway. Rooms are clean but not modernised to today's standards, television hit and miss. Shower dribbles!!!!... More

Very good night's sleep and excellent breakfast . Welcoming staff and easy parking. The Premier Inn was sandwiched between two motorways but no sound could be heard due to effective secondary double glazing.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival.The room was spacious and very comfortable.The location was first class for my stay and easy to find.The staff in the Beefeater were also very friendly.

Perfect sleep, quiet lifts, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, fresh and helpful staff. 24 hours. Easy parking for disabled. No luggage trolly. I stayed here for one night with work. The car park is not the biggest. The hotel has a lift and you can hear and see the m4 from some rooms. Did not have flat screen tv's. Rooms, large, clean and comfortable.
