We were in South Africa for the FIFA Soccer World Cup 2010 and decided to spend time a Vicky's Bed and Breakfast in the middle of the Khayelista Township. The experience was absolutely wonderful for our entire family. Our three adult children enjoyed not only the experience of staying in the Township and enjoyed listening to the music coming from... We wanted to experience South Africa, the local lifestyle and interact with the population and learn about the diversity of this country. One of adventure was staying at Vicki’s B&B in the township of Khayelitsha, the fastest growing township in Cape Town. Vicki, her husbands and daughter were fantastic, we felt welcomed in their home and they cooked great food.... More

Vicki's B&B was a delight to visit in Khayelitsha. We didn't actually get to stay there but I wish I had. The hostess, Vicki's daughter, was very gracious and showed us this beautiful gem. The rooms are all furnished differently and are spotless. There are 2 rooms with their own bathrooms. Other guests there reported that the food was good.... More

Stayed a night in Vicky’s wonderful township B&B in Khayelitsha. Far better than just oggling from a minibus ‘township tour’. Never felt safer on our holiday. Experience something that most white South Africans unfortunately never will. If you do, say “Molu Vicky, unjani!” from Geoff & Tracey. More
