We did not get in until after 6, on a Friday, check in went very smooth, and we were taken to our room within minutes. We had none of the issues that have been stated in previous reviews, such as theft or being ignored by wait staff or bartenders. My husband and I stayed here Oct4th -10th. We had a great week here. The hotel was only about 1/3 full and it created some very minnor issues on which restaurant would be open for dinner, which bar etc.Service was good, but take plenty of ones to tip..they work hard and deserve it. 1. Food selections were not very good. Very bland food and not a large selection even though they advertise several restaurants. For an all-inclusive they should not be charging more for specific food selections on the menu. They also charged more for certain wines which were average. They only offered house wine as part of the all inclusive. No good... more

General Tips: 1) Arriving at Airport - After going through customs go directly outside where the taxis and buses are. Do NOT talk to anyone.
