Hopeless management. They do not understand or value their customers. Everything seems to be problematic and a bother for them. The only charming experience is that of the waiters! More

The hotel was very nice. Stayed here as part of a side trip from Barcelona. The location was good with a nice choice of restaurants nearby. The tourist information office is close by and there is a grocery store nearby which allowed us to buy drinks and snacks for our room which we could keep in the in room fridge.... More

We've stayed here durind the last week of the ski season and we had a great time. The food is absolutely fantastic. The Spa costs 10€ each time you use it but is worth. One day they forgot to supply the room with new towels and toilet paper, we had to call reception and it was solved in 15 min.... More

I stayed here for a weekend in Jan 10; The hotel is lovely and tastefuly furnished with wood paneling everywhere. The food is fanstastic and very good value considering. We were booked in for 3 days in August. None of the rooms have air conditioning and as the hotel is situated underneath the ski lift it is very noisy. This is a fabulous hotel, full of gorgeous wood panelling, carvings and furniture. The bar area is light and airy, and very cosy once it gets dark.
