The front of house staff were deliberately difficult. This hotel was booked through the Travel Republic. Despite the hotel being informed that we would not arrive until 10pm and that we would require food, when we arrived at 9:40 pm we were told that they could not give us food because their food licence expired at 9:30pm!!
