We had a wonderful time in this resort. The rooms were clean and the staf was very helpful and friendly. Because this was our first stay in Palolem, we didn't know anything. The staff told the nice places. The first room we had was very hot, but we could easely change rooms. Cleans sheets and towels when we want them.... More

a pleasant stay!! the food at cleo's was great and the 24hr bar made life even better!! cleo picks up after all other places shut so, if u wanna party all night this would be it!! made some great friends and lasting memories,, cheers.

Just a bad experience :-( bad location and very disappointing facilities... I feel we got ripped!!!
