I made a phone booking for this hotel but when we turned up they didn't have a record of our booking and had no rooms available for us. The lady at the desk was EXTREMELY unhelpful, especially considering we had booked for a wedding which was just about to start, and had a small baby with us and no other... More

It is always a concern to have a disgruntled customer at the front desk. However, this lady did not have a reservation and when she tried to search her emails on her smart phone could not find anything. Our hotel policy is to ask for 1 nights accommodation to be paid on booking to secure the reservation, and a confirmation... More

We stayed for one night in a standard 'Spa Room', booked direct at $195.00 per night. There is not much choice when it comes to accommodation in the Swan Valley and compared to the only other ‘resort’ up the road was quite reasonably priced. However, over priced for the standard of room we got. The room was quite small, overlooked... More

Thank you for the comments re decor and cleanliness. We always aspire to meet customer expectations and listen to your feedback. Our decor is new and we are disappointed you find it old fashioned but respect your opinion. Our cleaning staff are always advised when we receive negative feedback so they can improve their performance. It hurts them to know... More

This place is awful. We booked two rooms for the KD Lang concert. When we got back to our rooms post concert, our room smelled strongly of sewage and we had to call someone who proceeded to pour scented cleaner down the trap in the floor of the bathroom. The place was fully booked with no other rooms available. It... More

We are disappointed to see this review because we gave a full refund to this customer with our apologies. There were two issues going on for this guest. The concert was washed out by rain, so they were already disappointed and angry. Then the bio max performed a bodily function and released some odour into the room. Heavy rain can... More

Very poor. Reception was closed all the time. Pool area over grown and pool not cleaned. Run on a cheap budget. For example the intercom system covered in cob webs and ants. Had a great meal at Mash on same site and restaurant looked nice. More

We can't really understand the complaints in this review. Reception is always open 8 am to 5 pm. If the receptionist is called away the door will be locked but there is a clear sign on the door to lift the handset to be connected to a staff member, who will come to reception to sort out any enquiries. The... More

I booked into the Oasis as I was doing the Degustation dinner at Dear Friends Restaurant nearby and didn't want to drink drive. The lady who booked me in didn't know where Dear Friends was (its a significant landmark you should know!). I asked for a nice room as it was for my Bday and we ended up on the... More

We had a girls weekend away here which we booked 2 challets at a cost of $460 for one room and $370 for the other. Dealing with them on the phone before hand was a nightmare and after faxing my deposit receipt through twice before I was told they had not recieved it on arrival. After arriving at our challets... We booked a night at Swan Valley Oasis as our friends were holding their wedding reception at a near by venue. We decided to treat ourselves and book a "Romantic Package", which the website states includes spa room with king size bed, chocolates and bubbly on arrival and fully cooked breakfast the next day - the cost for this package...
