I have stayed here often over years. Has reasonable function rooms, and bedrooms are adequate for money paid. It's not a Marriott and you pay accordingly. V handy for town pubs/restaurants and work sites. Staff on reception always try hard, can be slow at breakfast. Rooms 1-3 are best. Don't go for a single, can be cramped.

I was in Ware for one night only with my son for a family Xmas, and picked this hotel because of its central location. Checked in at 9pm and left at 11am, so we didn't stay here long... The room was very tired and dusty, but as we were only there for the night it didn't really bother me too...
