The hotel is utilitarian. Serves it's purpose, musty but usable. But the management and staff are some of the worse I have experienced re:customer service. I'm a bit stunned really, but just non-accomodating, rude, and with no sense of how to treat guests. Unfortunate example of degenerate hospitality.

This place is disaster. It's far away from Ban Phe, no ATM, exchange office, beach is dirty with a lot of rabbish, dogs and awful food, staff is not speaking good english so prepare for comm. problems, really wasting of your money and time, go directly to Koh Samet and avoid this place as there is nothing & ugly beach

We stayed here in March 2012 in room 802. The registration was civil nothing more. Room was dirty the toilets smelling. The linen was only 2 bath towels. The bath mat was torn.
