“Feel good hotel”

We have been several times in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional . Beautiful rooms, . Delicious food. Nice poolbar and excellent breakfast and diner served at your table. Near by the beach of Maspalomas.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at The Residencia. The hotel has a team of very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Food was fantastic. The BBQ's are amazing. “luxury time”

stayed here in 2006 - loved everything about it. Room was fantastic. pool and beds etc great. The main restaurant was fab. Good Spa and salt water pool as well. Only minutes walk to front and beautiful beaches. Good place to go and very relaxing

Surrounded by the noise and fuss of Maspalomas the Resedencia is an oasis of calm and quiet. The poolside is spacious, the pool welcoming and the beer cool.
