we made our reservation online basically just looking for an overnight stop whilst travelling, for some reason we weren't expecting too much, but what a pleasant surprise. The hotel was easy to find, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The outdoor pool area was excellent...it did help that we had it to ourselves...

This Hotel is listed as a 4 star but actually is a 3 star hotel, in my opinion.
The location is poor and far away the city town of Guarda. If you have a car is not a problem.
The room were clean, big and the bathroom is enormous. The breakfasts were very good with a wide variety of things....

Lusitania Park Hotel was a very nice surprise. All I have read was fair enough compared to the reality. It's easy to find, as parking for guests (altought sometimes, with the outside users of the gymn, parking was a bit difficult), the looks out and inside are great, modern, clean, shiny.
