The check in is not until 6pm which is a bit annoying. There is no formal reception. Restaurant was expensive so went somewhere else. Room was nice, clean and with TV however no internet. There is also no lift. Hotel was expensive but not compared to others in the town.

Situated right in the centre of Spa the hotel was perfect for us as we were just staying for the one night and wanted to look around the town. Everything was fine with the hotel, decent sized rooms and quiet, only negative was that there was no lift and our room was on the 3rd floor.

Very basic rooms, but comfortable bed. No extras eg hair drier, tea/coffee making facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Basic continental breakfast satisfactory. Seemed to be overpriced compared with other hotels we have stayed in which have had much better facilities. Central location, with car parking on public road adjacent.
