Check in was perfect, and the direct lift to Thermes de Spa is a big plus! For this "spa" hotel we were surprised we had to pay for disposable slippers though... better to bring your own. Good and efficient reception. Breakfast good and varied. The rooms are nicely furnished with good beds and a good bathroom. there is an underground parking, reserving a place is necessary. Free internet is available in the rooms. For a visit to the casino: it is situated opposite the hotel. Quiet rooms.

I'll make it short : very good multilingual service, interesting " discovery " offer ( including a 3 course dinner and entrance to the Thermes ), unique location with a spectacular connection ( funicular ) to the Thermes. Nice hotel, not too large. Good size double room with minibar. We particularly enjoyed the direct acces to the Thermes, the Spa area where you can swim in warm mineralised water and afterwards have a nice massage or sunbathe outdoors on the deck. City is beautiful. Hotel is renowned but not here. Overpriced - maybe coz in the heart of the city but turned out below average. Room are not spacious - I picked business suite. Airport pick drop not available. Need to pay extra to get it - which is overpriced then what you can get on hire. Room service is inconsistent.... More

We've stayed in this hotel before, every time connected with "Thermes de Spa" relaxation breaks. This time we booked into a suite on the top floor.
