This hotel is perfect for a short business stay. I had 2 days meeting in a spacious meeting room with a great view on the Ardenne's nature. My room was quite large (40 sqm), very clean and the view on the valley was just amazing.

Nice rooms, professional staff, good food (buffet on saturday). Close to the "Boucles de Spa" event, an old timer rally in the environment of Spa. Building looks old & ugly on the outside, but on the inside everything is OK, nice view through the window on the backside, lake and the hills of Spa.

The hotel is just outside of Spa. Enough free parking spaces. Rates are quite high, but that's because of the turism of the city Spa. The hotel needs updating. Slow elevators, very, very small rooms.
