“Functional hotel in good town location”

Rooms comfortable, hotel is close to all town attractions and ski bus to Soll. Particularly good coffee at breakfast.

My three cousins and I discovered the Golden Lion by sheer happenstance, and we were thrilled. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable. The restaurant served the finest red kraut and germknodel I have ever had. The management has two separate pub areas- one smoking, one for non-smokers; both had friendly locals and great service. Older style hote/guesthouse in great location in Kufstein. Staff very welcoming. Internet access (at a small fee) at computer in reception. Room comfortable and clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet included in cost. Stayed 3 nights. Wanted to stay again, but fully booked. Recommended.
