I'm staying at the Hotel Am Kapuzinerplatz for 5 days on a business trip.
In this area, there are 3 hotels - two in Knittelfeld and one outside of town
1) Hotel Am Kapuzinerpltz
2) Paul's Hotel
3) Hotel Schloss Gabelhofen

Originally we were booked into the Schloss Gabelhofen, animpressive converted castle. However there was no internet in the rooms and the rooms themselves were dark (small windows).

Paul's (in town) is another OK alternative, although the rooms are dark/small with dark carpeting and the WIFI signal is not so good.

So this review is about Hotel Am Kapuzinerpltz, our final choice.

Where is the front and where is the back of the hotel? It's a bit confusing. The back has free parking and has a more inviting appeal. Either way, there is no traditional reception on the ground floor. (the ground floor has an empty store and it looks a bit desolate)
